We would like to find out what is currently happening regarding cognitive screening for dementia and cognitive impairment in a primary care setting across Europe. This includes finding out which tests are being used, challenges encountered and what training needs are. View the flyer

Who can participate
Healthcare professionals that:

- Are based in Europe

- Work in a primary care, family medicine, or general practice setting

- Conduct cognitive screening or testing in their clinical practice.

What is involved for participants
One online anonymous survey taking approximately 10 minutes
