Polly Duncan gives Presentation of Distinction at SAPC Annual Scientific Meeting

We are delighted to let you know that Polly Duncan, who founded PACT in 2019, gave a Presentation of Distinction at the SAPC Annual Scientific Meeting in Cardiff last week. Polly’s presentation was titled: Using the Primary care Academic CollaboraTive (PACT) to explore the characteristics and unmet health needs of older housebound patients (the CHiP study).

A huge congratulations to Polly and all PACT members who contributed to the CHiP project.
